They have detect employees salary in covid time and they removed employees in covid time their is no job security in this company

Dislikes

Their is lot politics in management they tell 3 year's working employees to resign telling poor performance and hr is not taking care of employees

The company is manufacturing about huge number of products and still developing many new products. Here, the employee can learn NPD, QA,QC, Documentation etc and other departmental knowledge. Finally i would like to say- Sublime foods is one of fastest growing food manufacturer and good platform for starters

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high and many times i work 12-14 hrs straight in a day. There lack of appreciation and support for individuals from top management.
