Environment is fine with polite and humble people. Systematic, Responsibility of define Job description. No multiple jobs, job security

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

...y systematic. Over time sitting everyday. Need to pay for water/parking charges. No good cafeteria, no team outings, if in-out short time deduction from salary, six working days. No over time sitting charges, no internet facility.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
