SALARY STRUCTURE AS IT VARIABLE.THEY DONT KEEP EQUAL FOR ALL,SECONDLY INCREMENT IS VERY LESS AND ALSO BIASED THEY FOLLOW REGIONALISM.I DOESNT WANT TO NAME THE PERSON BUT IF U HURT EGO OF TOP LEVEL THEN U WONT BE IN OFFICE.THERE WERE VERY GOOD PEOPLE AT TIMES LIKE SNEHA MAM AND ANAND AGARWAL BUT THEY HAVE LEFT .

It was good platform for Learning and improving your own skills.The institutes under HT learning centres were well equipped with latest technologies,study material etc .It was good experience.

Dislikes

Visiting many centres in a week located far from home was quite tough part and no such incentive was given .

Likes

Less politics. Peaceful environment. No staying back post office hours; not even once in a session.

Dislikes

1 As a faculty, giving backlog classes to students who join very very late in the session (June, July-ish). 2 As a human, I don't like their philosophy of treating Children as Clients.

In the initial years company did a lot to build team spirit. Many training programs were organised which led to personal development of employees and gave clarity of philosophy and work culture of company.

Dislikes

Over a period of time focus shifted to expansion. While expansion of any organisation is good but it has to be sustainable expansion. This led to certain set backs.
