Dislikes

Design Engineer has to work atleast 1 hr more than than office timing everyday. Very less salary compared to other firms. Very less increament in salary & 10% salary cutting policy. No proper work management system.

Organisation is good but the management or the person who is handling the staff is not good.

Dislikes

Long hour working. Bad behaviour with employees.Never satisfied with employee work dedication.Unbelief on employees
