Dislikes

Design Engineer has to work atleast 1 hr more than than office timing everyday. Very less salary compared to other firms. Very less increament in salary & 10% salary cutting policy. No proper work management system.

Organisation is good but the management or the person who is handling the staff is not good.

Dislikes
