I have been working in Strongbox for more than a year. I have experience working in many MNCs previously, working in Strongbox has a lot of positives compared to working in many MNCs. Strongbox is one of the fastest startups in the field of cyber security in Chenna. The company provides transparent working conditions, you are encouraged to give input into the company's plans. You are encouraged to experiment with your ideas. Strongbox management is easily approachable with ideas and grievances. Working in a technical team has a lot of positives. Since strongbox caters to different industries for their cybersecurity needs you get to gain huge technical knowledge in both current technology and future technology like web application, IOT, cloud, WAF, and Blockchain. Co-workers are very supportive, helping and especially when you are new to work or switching from one role to another. Pros: 1. Standard working hours. 2. Pay is good 3. Easy to approach management, 4. Team is excellent. 5. No unrealistic targets.
