Job security is very low , since it a pharma company , data integrity is very important , if we deviate no questions they throw out , and also work life balance is difficult here.

Culture is a big setback for organisational growth and its top down. Power is in wrong hands which is impacting the growth and work culture. Has lot of potential for growth but few dirty minds are pulling the organisation down for their self interest. No work life harmony. Its a clear toxic culture and no psychological safety.
