Toxic work culture. Minimal work life balance. We were totally busy for almost 12 hours and had a 6 day work week with 1 half day on a Sunday each month. Depends on the site, but most sites are this way

No work life balance. U ll be forced to work after office hours. No work organization. Culture is horrible. Everyone just pinpoints each other. Plus there is a bond of 2 years. Don't opt for this company.
