Though it is excellent company some of its policies are not benefit to the companies growth. And it ultimately leads to the loss of division. Even when My Team is performed increment is pathetic due to poor performance of the entire division which is the failure of top management.

Teammates are very supportive and InTraining I learn alot of things like sale skill and personality development, product knowledge , might be it acquire by Eris life science but I experience that their has some job security most of the senior person 8 meet they got good growth and always learning work environment is their they try to develop new product by innovative idea and most of person work their more than 5 years.

Compensation is decent , but Quality work is not in good manner.l deal a lot of product around 53 product different segment so it not able concentrate in all product by sale wise.Also, polities in management.

...specially for juniors. Versatility and empowerment to take decisions are a plus. Strides is a good pay master

Culture is a big setback for organisational growth and its top down. Power is in wrong hands which is impacting the growth and work culture. Has lot of potential for growth but few dirty minds are pulling the organisation down for their self interest. No work life harmony. Its a clear toxic culture and no psychological safety.

Working within team have collaboration and bonds and working with CFT is nice experience

Salary, promotion, appraisal , culture only depends on our manager not by performance Also getting corned by leads

Operators getting more salary/ benefits than an Executive/ Sr.Executive without much work to do. Whereas officers working hard to get nothing out of it.
