Very poor salary increment in promotion. They cut normal annual increment and all other perks, bonus when promoted as assistant manager and this lead to decrement in CTC. Promotion without "pleasure".

Nothing at all. Few months I worked there felt like I was under dictatorship. Very unethical expectations with out any scope to process or salary hike

Work expectations are very high, overloaded. Salary is very low.

...s no one was co-operative. I will highly recommend don't ever join this company. And for providing relieving letter as well they will ask amount to pay. Wait for sometime and look for another company but never ever join this company.

The only thing i liked was the team i was in. We all left at once.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.
