HR will support the manager who speaks filthy words as both are friends. Your escalation will fire back to you, think twice before escalation. If you want to quite the company, you have to submit the written document and wait for all other consequence. As a professional, instead of joining/working here, one can sleep hungry and homeless.

...igh, often requiring a 24/7 commitment, which leads to an overwhelming workload. Additionally, there are no opportunities for promotion or salary increments, and the overall compensation is very low.

Nothing at all. Few months I worked there felt like I was under dictatorship. Very unethical expectations with out any scope to process or salary hike

Work expectations are very high, overloaded. Salary is very low.
