...nce is so worse, you definitely end up with some health or mental health issues. You don't get the recognition you deserve adding to it the salary and appraisal is very low compared to the market.

The office working time is flexi whenever we can go and come, but we have to be there for 9 hours in ODC. The training was given from Clients end so it was good to gain knowledge.

Dislikes

There is no hike for the past two years and that's why I quit my job there. Initially they take me for one task to work and later on they started to give 9 to 10 task at a time parallely to complete the task and for that I have to extend my working time too. Management skill is very poor in my department and lots of political.

Likes

I enjoyed the people working with. it was a friendly and fun atmosphere, and I actually enjoyed going to work each morning. I felt that the leadership was great too. I have learnt lots of new technical skills

Salary and Benefits are low

Good company for the experienced candidates, not for freshers (Salary is the only problem) no oncrement and no growth with in the team.

Worked here for 2 and half years but i got only one appraisal, that also a very low increment
