Managers are extremely rude and demotivating. A fake sense of urgency is created to get the work done within the team. I was asked to work on a sick leave, when questioned regarding the same I was asked to return to office (while working from home)

Indian management is horrible. Working there is like killing your self, if you do not get any other alternative then only join the company. Even if you do a great job your onshore is praising you your Indian management would do insult after insult.

Pay is not up to the market standards, it par low. Work is not really hectic, especially for my technology.

Work life balance is very good. Friendly culture no pressure at workplace. There is a opportunity to learn. I will miss this org.

There is good financial benefits and rewards. i got 3 hikes in 2 years. Manager and other teammates are very supportive. There is issue to adopt new technologies. its very slow process. Thats a pros. i didn't find anything bad in this company.
