Variable Pay is merely a number on your offer letter, they don't pay it in actual. Very high attrition rate at all levels & constantly changing basic processes. High quantum centralisation in management for decisions of high and low values. Low to no soft skills possessed middle level managers.

That COVID time I lost my job suddenly management is stop payment mode in my job. Finally asking and told resignation letter my side so will give ur previous salary as f&f time. So that time every situation is not good COVID time so I lost my job.there is no such more funds to continue to long term on this company.this my side msg only.
