Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The worst company I have ever worked specially because of the HR function, the vision of management is amazing the director's have a different vision and they're working hard to achieve it, they need to clean the HR function with more dedicated team, they do misguide the candidates and not sharing the right JD even, there's a lot to say but don't want to mention here.

All IT department they have knowledge of work they hired another team for work.beause they don't know how to work. When new person joined Stonex India they. Overall company and company owner good person but they should change IT department of want to grow Stonex India..first change the IT Head they don't knowledge how to work in Stonex
