Job security is something that u can count on. Salary u will get on time, apart from salary u will get meal card as well. Also u will have Diwali gift card.

Compensation is less when compared to market standards.it is impossible to get into next level with in 5 years after ur confirmation. Though sales pressure is less when compared to market peers, we can’t expect to get good grades during yearly review.

Target..... Target in every product. Insurance main target... then Mutual fund FD other 3rd party products. And if u Dealer,than ur Target to achieve brokerage then little bit insurance. Bonus come only once in a year may be good or may be very less as compared other company
