...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are not fair and they not give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
