Its been almost 7 years, my F&F has still not been released. I worked here as Area Sales Manager. The MD will talk big and will keep lecturing you about per shave cost (1.5 Rs according to him). They will be good with you till the time you say yes sir and keep worshiping them as god, Dare not give any feedback or suggestion even for company's benefit. The moment you put your resignation, you become enemy, they don't give F&F most of time and threaten employees to destroy their career. They keep changing policies, systems, they even change rule of your appointment letter on the day of relieving without giving you relieving letter. No job security, Join at your won risk

Do not risk your career. There is no learning opportunities is here. At any moment, company can change employees job responsibilities or job profile. If you will think to change job, management will threat you for ruining employees career. Before appearing in interview, candidate should connect with Ex. Employees of this company.
