The mid-senior level creatives are helpful and extremely approachable. They're reliable and kind.

Dislikes

...eriously because the general sentiment here is sexist and disgustingly backward. There is rampant pay disparity as well as concessions for different employees. The work doesn't provide much of a learning curve, and there aren't many opportunities for growth within the company. There is no overtime pay or any credit given for working beyond office hours, which is a regular thing here. Ultimately, this is through and through a mediocre boys club.

There was a lot of learning but only if the manager likes you. Otherwise you are on your own

... point. He will be sweet on ur first day and then gonna show up his real colour. He wants us to work as hard as robots and will pay us peanut size. He won't give a shit if u resign because the day u put down the paper, that will be your last working day 😂

There are decent opportunities for senior account executives, but that’s about it.

Dislikes

Stirred has over a 100 employees but doesn’t have POSH. If the boss happens to like you, you can get away with anything here, including sexual harassment. They have an unclear, flat hierarchal structure that is not only unprofessional but also allows for major manipulation and unfair practices in the workplace. This is not a place to grow professionally. They value their client servicing team far more than they respect their creatives, there is a high turnover rate. Most of the office uses outdated equipment (systems etc).
