It's a family run business, so they're not very professional. They refuse to take the most grave concerns like women's safety seriously because the general sentiment here is sexist and disgustingly backward. There is rampant pay disparity as well as concessions for different employees. The work doesn't provide much of a learning curve, and there aren't many opportunities for growth within the company.
