the politics of managers and no proper training for freshers they consider freshers to be as a knowledegable as experienced one they dont give time for freshers to learn and implement they want immediate results the manager devi is so impatient who doesnt have patience and time to train freshers and removes candidates with out a proper reason they give only reason is they are not performing well

Having good management. Management is very co-operative. They use to provide extracurricular activities as well.

Job security. Though it has a single big client it would be a problem for highly paid employees. Good to change work location (by expanding)

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
