...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Sterlite Power is a very good and excellent organization for your growth and it's work culture is very good if I will get another chance to serve it I will definitely grabbed the opportunity.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Workplace culture and environment were good. My incharge is really well supportive and the management is also well aware of Safety regulations. Employees have access to the Canteen on the upper-floor, whereas ground-floor for Contractual workers. Company's policy and appraisal were good.

Salary on time. Open hand to work. After some year you will became a self governed manager.

Pathetic work life balance. No work recognization. After some upper level of management. its a heaven to work as u will get lots of opportunity to conduct corruption. Want to earn join SCM dept a open corruption culture.
