... 80pc of people have no work or very routine work but everybody appears busy. Vendor payments are delayed though salary comes on time. For years the company is promising esops but hasn't formulated any policy yet. Very top heavy.

...e joined this organization as GETs, consider themselves as master of this world. Overall if you are looking for a good pay hike or if you are looking for a change, it's okay to work at Sterlite. But not a good organization to work in the long run.

Salary on time. Open hand to work. After some year you will became a self governed manager.

Pathetic work life balance. No work recognization. After some upper level of management. its a heaven to work as u will get lots of opportunity to conduct corruption. Want to earn join SCM dept a open corruption culture.
