Lots to do beyond your age or level. You will get responsibilities or projects which your peers in other industries will only dream of.

Dislikes

... 80pc of people have no work or very routine work but everybody appears busy. Vendor payments are delayed though salary comes on time. For years the company is promising esops but hasn't formulated any policy yet. Very top heavy.
