Gave me freedom to work and execute projects

Dislikes

Never seen such unprofessional company in career. Even after handling 2 running projects as lead and being with organization for 4 years one day suddenly HR calls 12-14 people of department having 30 people strength and mention company want to downsize the design department and asks you to move on. When asked what's the criteria for assessing people during downsize they mention that we can't answer this question as neither you have integrity issue, nor performance issue, or behavioral issue, or discipline issue... it's only top management decision and these positions is being only removed for which you are now excess head count in the organization.

Company is very good but the people in IT Leadership is plays cheap politics ....there is guy on AVP level name GAURAV SHARMA I s a true example of Leadership failure he will never motivate you rather demotivates ...will start working on your projects & shows the management how hard working he is .....since he has joined complete work culture has gone wrong.

Pay benefits are excellent. Learning opportunities present.

Dislikes

Managers need to be trained to handle management trainees. Work imbalance in the same tier of working. HR staff mostly are unprofessional and hardly add any value. Very high attrition rate and people are asked to leave for non-performance or when the company isn't doing so well. Working days : 05 per week, but depending on the role , actually 07 days per week

first 2 months,you find all the fun at work place which later turn to nighmare as present culture promotes limited or no responsibilities for team.

over past 2 years ,Company transformed by people who can sacrifice on ethics, company culture and back biting to gain personal advancement . The Business plan and vision is based on lenders money which are compromised due to huge delays and unsystematic approach of top management . Junior executives have choice of either fun or left unattended at Transmission sites where Learning and development is ignored and left to fate. Middle management is only about flattering to function head and stability is grossly missing at all positions.
