I LIKE NOTHING. THERE'S NO FIX TEAM THEY FLUCTUATE THE TEAM AS PER THEIR BUSINESS PREFERENCE.

... the sterling due to covid 19. I lost my job. Here is no security of job at all. They have stopped appraisal, bonus and incentives from last 3 months.

...a team. It was a WFH setup and it was quite good experience working in Sterling. Salary is quite good for a person with a experience >2 years. They do have OJT which helps to be familiar with the work background if you're new to the field. Fix weekend off (Review is acc to the department)

Dislikes

Management is a bit chaos as they do mass hiring and they don't have enough trainers to help them get through. If you're a new to Sterling make sure you clarify and confirm twice each questions when they train you because tenured employees as well as some TLs are confused about their work policy or task.

Sterling ground management is really good TL and other manager are really supportive

Top management decisions are not fair.recently lay off so many employees but they gives 2 month salary is relief thing.

They terminated 400 employee on 30th July 2020, including me. But they paid salary and FNF on time.

If you are good at flattery, no need of knowledge experience and talent, you must have good contacts and connection.

Dislikes

There is no job security. You will never no at what time they will ask you to leave the company. Poor HR policies. They hide their termination policies. I will not recommend this company for who has family responsibility. Not good for pregnant lady, they tortured a lot often pressure to seatback after working hours.
