On time salary this is the only good thing in this company,
Dislikes
Most skillful people will stay behind & idiots will go on, Management is not good enough (although, It will Vary dept. to dept) Do not go with this company, if you are looking for WFH. Supervisors & managers will bring their fav. puppet up instead of a knowledgeable & skillful person. The people & culture team is not supportive & never ask you about experience/feedback, even if you rated worst in their quarterly survey.
Please dont work with this company. Management and HR policy of the company are so pathetic. I'm regretting joing Sterling. They will ask you to work in overtime and harass you and torture you with work pressure and there is no growth if you can do buttering to your manager you are promoted or else you are in bad books of management. And management is so egoistic that you should not utter a single thing against them. If you do so they will plot a plan and throw you out of the company in the name of
...will be highlighted on the floor and you will be in the bad books of management. Lot of salary issues, no bonus, no incentive. Hr policy is also worst HR is the one person whom we reach out to put our issues in front of them and afterwards they go to management and tell everything who has raised complaints who has highlighted the issue. Job training is also not provided properly a person will teach you for 2 hours and after ward they will ask you to work.
Low salary package, incentives is quarterly and so hard to get since every mistake you makes counts as a demerit amd would lessen what you would get. Appraisal is yearly but is a mockery since it is almost nothing compared to the heavy workload you get daily.
Yearly increment is not good.
Sometimes there's pressure to complete target.

Salary is on time. Internet and electricity bills gets reimbursed.
Dislikes
Everything except salary which is given on time. Permanent WFH. Work-life balance Zero. Inflated targets. Manager & Leads taking advantages of us been in WFH. Verifiers point of view is not considered viable. Only those leave which are applied a month ago are granted. If you are fallen sick/ having illness or fever & want leave for the day then this place is not for you. Either they will ask you to do half day or work full day. Even on your own legit holidays they will as you to contribute in the productivity. If there is a problem at your end or at the organizations end it is you who have to compensate and not the organization. Leads are least concerned about your physical & mental health. Each an every task which is given by the leads should be done ASAP whether it is really needed or not. Mid-level management is the worst. Appraisals are on their own algorithm. Bootlickers gets the most benefits. If you are good at it then within a year of joining you are a lead and a well oiled experienced person is kept waiting.
