...ally great. the perks and benefits applicable after the probation are very nice. During the interview the company will mutually discuss the target and package. Once the targets are discussed, they will not compromise on the discussed target. However the offered package is absolutely as per your choice. and no compromise on the package.

...t the copany will give you an opportunity but performance is the employees part. how will any company be able to pay the people who donot even know how to report inspite of training. yes this is not a place for timepass. however every single effort of a team member gets the recognition. best place to learn and grow.

Nice place. Transparency in working is best thing i found here. seniors are supportive. I got good guidence. In sales, the benefits are completely performance based. the hike after the confirmation is very nice. they gave the option of online joining which was very favourable for me. i came with distributor to make him visit the office. the gesture given to the distributor his flight and stay arrangements was great. the customer was very happy.

The performance based salary in the probation period is some what difficult to attain. Initial 3 months are tuff.

good support . i was not able to go to the office. so my catalogues and pamplets were sent to my home via courier. our training was done online through zoom which helped me a lot to work in my area without visitng the company office in begining. After that i appointed my distributor and visited the office with him. All on companies cost. in 3 months 2 distributors appointed. so target done . then i got the confirmation. now the goods are comming and the market is running good. Now i am earning incentive every month which comes with my salary only.

salary date is 7 to 10. it should be 1. the products are comming in 7 to 10 days. which is long time. it should be immediate. the transit damage claim time is only 2 days from the delivery. increase it please . the replacemet pick up should be arranged by the company.
