If anybody wants secure job then join sterling. Its very good company. Salary credit on time and no pressure but traveling is too much. The main hactick point is traveling. If anybody join sterling please ensure traveling is too much.

Coordination between CRS and resort is very poor. Need to give free hand to the unit. CRS can promise everything to guest and not pass the message to the hotel. Some senior manager hide the guest complaint and tell staff to do the service recovery with free food and other services, so guest can't complain to MD.

They are also deducting money for week off in this hotel.In Sterling Legacy Shimla, the salary of the old workers is less and the salary of the new freshers is higher.The shoes given by this company to the staff got torn in just 15 days.Job here is not secure at all
