The only thing is the high incentive slabs but that too got limits to the sheets now as employees keep on earning but management is not releasing the incentives.

Dislikes

Very poor in terms of work culture & work life balance. If u ask for even week off people behave like you are asking something with them personally. One off in a week is right of any employee but that's not the case here. People sitting at higher level dont even have the manner & sense in what they are saying. No skill development what so ever.
