...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. .

...ation I have ever seen in my 26 years of service life. No one should work there. Worst HR, worst Finance team, doesn't pay salary on time. Everything is worst. Even Road side companies work culture and performance is much better than Sterling and Wilson. For claiming my Finance settlement I had to write almost 50 mails and made more than 1000 calls and I got only 2 or 3 responces. I received my final settlement after 11 months. A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I start my corporate life at Sterling and Wilson. It provides a strong base for my technical knowledge. The working culture is very good. My Mentor has supported me Both professionally as well as personally. The best part is the Work-life balance.

...inish work. There is no process to follow, no updated data of existing projects. No salary on time and reimbursement will be paid when they have money. No support from management and will blame you. Cafeteria is a small stall in parking lot.HR and IT department are for name only. Even for laptop and ID you have to beg. If you get offer, use it to take hike in another company but dont join here.

Work culture and co-operation among teams of all dimensions. Friendly attitude from higher management towards sub-ordinate.

Appraisals is not as per industry standard and salary disbursement happens by 7th of every month which may get delayed to additional 4-5 days too.
