Good work environment and culture .Teammates are supported and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. .

Company is very good.but selecting of the management key guys are very low quality..they are just enjoying company benifits. They are just enjoying here. They even know how to grow up the buisness.

Dislikes

All key higher position should be removed from company. They are just enjoying the T&D buisness. Only T&D buisness management people are enjoying company benifits. MD are losing money for this like cows.
