Power tripping American business who call the shots, and the UK agrees even if it affects staff business etc. Basically the UK has no say as it's US company. Business is a HUGE supporter of LGBTQ+ putting on edge about what they say anything. Even if it has nothing to do with LGBTQ+. Anyone who is not part of this group Basically have no say and walk on egg shells. The department has no structure regarding how it's run. No training, no support, no guidance. Your given a phone and desk and told to get on. It takes almost 9 weeks to get 30% of your access to do you job. Seriously!!! And only the US can grant and approve access. Something as simple as a password reset can take 25mins while the user waits on the phone. It's like nothing I've seen before.
