5.5 days working Salary date is 12th No ATS/HR Portal - Outdated policies No female washroom No fun friday/activities at all including Independence Day and other national festivals celebration No joining kit No Extra Leaves (PL CL) No efforts recognition (R&R Meetings or employee of the month) No company's social media page activity 25+ year old org. but No PF, ESI, Medical No WIFI, Mobile Network is the biggest issue Outdated Systems and many more...

Being a creative person. If you are passionate to deliver creative work in very short of time period then this is good place for you. For beginners it's awesome.

Dislikes

Timing not flexibile, Not good Salary hike, No salary slip provided by employer, hardly 9-15 target to reach office at any cost.

This company is good for freshers who work with less salary.

Working atmosphere is not good, this company not give a good appraisal, if some one who police the senior shoes, they got the promotion. Job is not secure.

Have been with sterco for last 9 months, and it is been great learning experience. Previously, I only managed social media accounts but now I have acquired additional skills. Management and seniors are supportive and understanding. I can express my views openly. Work environment is positive. Definitely, best place to work!

There is a lot of politics by some managers. They think they are perfect, but they forget their past. I have very hard experience. But I made one new friend there. He is down to earth. But managers are very rude.
