For fresher, its a nice place to learn. Based on embedded, we can get more experiences on project programming and desining. Nice place to have our own learning technical designs. Team mates will be helpful related on technical knowledge.

* Have to sign bond/contract for 3+years and submit all original certificates. * They give 75% less than market salary. * No Appraisals and no Increments. * You are asked to work for 7 days in a week and 10-12 hours in a day. If you are not accept this work culture you are forced to complete the 6 months project with in 1 month. * Also you have been wait for 3-5 months to get your original certificates after resignation.
