No work life balance in this company. Also they did not even appreciate their employees. Delayed incentives. Working hours extend more than 9 hours to 12-15 hours. Working floor environment is not also good.

no work-life balance, they will change policy without any notice and only for the benefit of company. they look at every opportunity to deduct money from employee's salary. Many more drawbacks are there. Join here only if you are in dire need of job

A great place to work for people who are looking for growth and learning. I have been working here for almost three months now, the work culture is great and diverse. Your ideas and creativity towards technology are always appreciated and awarded. The people are so much helpful here, you never feel like you are a junior or senior. - Great pay and meaningful work. - Had a great onboarding experience, extremally organized, and surprisingly fun. The policies and procedures are delivered in brief during the sessions, the queries are also handled well and resolved in the stipulated time. - Company understands work-life balance and respect that. - Company provides regular communication, listens to and considers new ideas, and continuously encourages growth personally and professionally. - You get to work with top thought leaders - smart, collaborative, and willing to share. - Flexible working hours and adaptive work environment.

Everyone is willing to help each other out & share their knowledge, which makes for an enjoyable & productive work environment.
