Management and leaders never showed any kind of guidance or propelling a learning curve, instead most of the conversation was around leaves and in office presence related matters. Hardly had 4 meets over major projects with my HoD

1. Late salary 2. Lack of management for software development 3. Judge on the basis of your college 4. Discussion of non technical stuff in the software meeting. (Icons, Colors, capital-small letters etc)

Likes

The people in my department were amazing & supported me at each & every step. Also you will be provided with many opportunities, where you would be required to take the lead & interact with cross-departments in order to complete your tasks. You will get a lot of learnings with meaningful connections (for life <3)

Dislikes

Being a startup, the workplace is a bit unorganized which is understandable. However I feel the cleanliness aspect can be improved.
