Nothing to like as they are owner driven company and they dont follow any rules and regulations of govt.

Dislikes

they don't have PF, Medical Insurance salary was never on time or fixed date. They dont have any specific designation for any one, if you have good relation with owners you can be VP or global group president without any knowledge.

... neither listen to any Sales Manager nor interested for any kind of feedback. Company doesn't provide any other benefit (PF, insurance, bonus) other than salary. Leave policy is not clear : Limited leaves in comparison of other companies. A typical Lala type company which provides very limited ownership to their employees and still maintains Manual Register for Attendance. No skill development program, no outing.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of the team. My collegues come from various cultural backgrounds, and work happily together. Bosses are supportive. There is no discremination. Goals are clearly defined. However the ways to reach goals are left entirely, to you.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but unless you do jumping from one company to other, the growth is slow. Almost daily, we have got to work for 10 hours and sometimes 12 hours. But that effort pays off in terms of goals reached. Managers value individual's unique strengths. managers give appreciation to subordinates.
