I worked at JAMSHEDPUR plant After i left company, they did not release my PF account and also cut my last month salary even after serving notice period. Very bad management. Management team behaviour is very disappointing, they don't care about any employee, They can terminate any employee at any time, Mass termination happens in every 2 to 3 years, they fire engineers and managers in bulk Plant head and managers always pushes for extra work more than shift time without paying overtime Salary is very minimum Work culture is demoralising type Head office from Punjab plant pays no attention to employees

Worst company in jamshedpur... For freshers very very low salary, No any job security, hectic work load, if you ever been offered by the company kindly ask for huge amount of salary because as you get selected there will be very very less salary hike every year.. You'll regret that why you joined this company.
