Job security is good as like government. Yearly 2 times bonus you will get. After 3 year 1 lakh loyalty bonus you will get. After 5 year 10000 inr you will get extra. ...hey mainly concentrate on Improving PLF of plant through their operation skills. On taking about salary wise they wont good enough. For checking lower Engineer and Sr.Engineer level they are paying very less compared to the market value.

At bathinda site work and family life balance very poor , and work culture is also very poor .management not support his junior and there is nepotism culture. That's why I am not recommending any one to join . 2. Company not give value to employees. 3. Oil grease work culture between managers and employee.

...e in the company for this work on the whole I'll say never to join this company. Also the salary and other benifit comparing to other organization is low company give to much salary as per their exp They live in the 2006 salary structure and their policy.

1. Salary Comes Last Day of Month 2. U can Leave office 5:30 PM if U have Less Work 3. For Juniors & Shift persons there is No pressure for Work & Can leave site Timely 4. Very Secure Job. Nobody will Threaten you for Extra Work & if you Don't Blow up The plant, then for No Reason you will be fired.
