Working at Steadfast has been an immense journey for me so far. I joined here because of the company's vision to make people aware about nutrition and well-being. Fortunately, I had a similar vision which helped me a lot to work here passionately. It has helped me a lot to know and increase my potential. I was even lucky enough to experience the entire event execution, from Asia'a biggest events to a basic 500 people CSR activity. Everything done here showed me that dedication and team work can even break a mountain and special thanks to Mr. Aman Puri Sir for helping us at every point of our life. Having an understanding leader is always a blessing and this helps to grow at perspective of life. He truly cares about clients and team, frequently going above and beyond to make sure their needs are satisfied and they feel appreciated.

I have been working at Steadfast for 6 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The work culture here is incredibly supportive and encourages personal growth. The Director - Mr Aman Puri is approachable and values employees feedback which creates an environment where everyone is heard. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn and develop your skills. Additionally, the work life balance is commendable. Flexible working hours and remote work options allow me to manage my personal and professional commitments effectively. As per the other reviews, yes there are strict protocols to follow, but if we take it in a positive way it is in the interest of each employee to avoid politics and conflicts. If you are good at your work with complete dedication, you will always be supported by the management.

Working at Steadfast Nutrition has been a dream come true. I had a purpose of helping people stay healthy and Steadfast gave me the opportunity to do just that. I personally use the product and imagine the alignment one could feel while marketing products one truly believes in and that too with a social purpose. I have learned to be disciplined here and everyday I can feel that I achieve growth as a marketeer. Mr. Aman Puri, the founder himself, takes so much initiative to help employees work the best. Everyone in the team, gets world class quality equipments from like Apple Laptops, phones, iPads to work with and the expectations of the work that comes from us have to match that. Therefore, this place is for those who believe in giving their best everyday and crave big achievements. I am happy, blessed, and proud to work at an organisation like that.

A big learning block of my life. I have been given endless opportunities to perform and learn. The management is very supportive of everything and approachable.
