Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Owners are good and HR is very helpful. But they want to know about markets ups and downs . Every time you can't achive what you need .sometimes you have to satisfy what you get .It's a business. Some senior manager shows there power and attitude. It's harmful for business. I gave my 7 to 8 years to this company. I love you my company. Owners HR shanti mam. Thank you.
