Poor salary standards comparing to market Extremely Poor wor life balance in peak (4-5 months) Not promoting hybrid model. Appraisal only if you put notice. People with very Little knowledge can sit as TL/ seniors.

Job security is good but company culture is worst ,not providing good package as per knowledge. Management is not providing any holiday on national holiday also we need to work there to there is no extra pay day as well.

Almost everything. Unresponsive senior management, huge work load, subpar pay package, so many trackers to monitor daily work activities. Overall pressure and stressful environment.

Overall good experience in terms of learning, opportunity & work wise. But, need to change salary structure and need to match market standards in term of CTC and need to concentrate on employee benefits like allowances, yearly variable pay etc., Monetary benefits.
