Appraisals are not based on work what we have done this is totally unfair and the salary hike is not at all useful for us , they will provide like daily pocket money for annual appraisal. and coming to bonus there is no bonus at all.

...nything. And I had to work 9.5 hours where in other companies it's only 8 hours. There is no OT pay, there's no incentives, infact they've made sure for client holiday you apply your own leaves. There are no holidays, if cut down client holidays I only have 12 leaves, which includes sick leave, personal leaves, earned leaves. Ps. If you're sick then you have to apply leave which will be unplanned and your incentive is gone.

No incentive and no appraisal paper release date even after 9 months after rating. No client holiday. No incentive, some time received and management ask is it received on that particular month. No proper management, people can give promotion as they like managers choice. Appraisal given by manager not by us. Totally waste dont come if you are not in HCl.
