Worst experience with State Street HCL Services. My suggestion for new joiners is please don't join in this company and dont spoil your health.

No Over time allowance, no bonus, no incentives, Cab service will be charged for male employees. Tuff company policies. Completely it is employee unfriendly company. Even they will take back relocation expenses back when you resign your job.

...erience there. It is very good company for the people who initially job holders. Though it doesn’t pay much for beginners but i can tell you it is very good company which gives work life balance. It also gives additional protection to women and also provides the Internet charges during WFH. The company promotes people within the scope of 2years and happy to be to work in STATESTREET.

...inish work, even more some times and next day login should be panctual again. Transport is biased as men have to pay for cab and for ladies it’s free. I don’t know whether scarp is chosen by HR or scrap have itself selected this company but company should change many aspects to sustain for long time. As I have worked here.. I don’t say that company is bad.. but I was very much dissatisfied due to poor management and it’s worthless promises.
