It is like you are working in a team who believes in slog work only. Managers do not pay attention to improving work culture and you don't get breaks while working. Everyday you spend one hour extra at work and never get paid for that extra work that you did. I felt like i was a slave and I'll never recommend this to anyone. Plus you don't get enough salary raise

...g hours. If you take breaks then you'll end up spending two hours extra at work. Managers don't pay attention to work life balance and they never appreciate your work. How can a probation go for 11months just because your immediate manager and senior manager don't have time for skill improvement

It's a great experience working with state street. I had join as a freshers and became a senior associate with in 3years. I have learned many things being an employee.

Dislikes

State Street doesn't provide us with great amount of hikes or bonus. The ultimate goal of an individual is to grow by having good amount of experience with minimal benefits.

Salary and benefits are good, work is very easy however your manager is the only matter.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager taking leaves and wfh but won't allow ther team members to take leaves, senior managers supporting blindly to the Assistant manager without analysis any situation, if any higher management members reading this take a closure look to your management people working most of the time in phone and having fun only.

Their benefits are good like food allowance internet allowance bonus leave travel allowance

Dislikes

They takeover Atos syntel company so management is old and full of politics and favouritism. No promotion and increment given to deserving ones. Plus no job security as they can lay off anytime for silly reason

Work from home option is there. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Terrible company to work for, they will hire one person for a role and dump all work on him. No support from onshore. In every meeting they will just force you to deliver and will not listen to your concerns. Most of the time there is hiring freeze so all the work load will be on the existing resource. Even passing one year time in this company is so tough. Don't join here better look for some company who atleast hires sufficient people for work.
