...listen to employees more than management.They act like they stand with employee.there is no yearly bonus .We will never get a team change if we want to move. In appraisal they will have a preplanned list of people who need to get more rating.they will not consider what they have done for the team.

... are. Everyday we need stretch for long hours but manager's will not approve OT. We have adjust everything and work in this company, i had worst experience in this company, very low pay, poor appraisal ratings and hike and promotion.

No proper pay for OT, But you need to take 2 hrs of OT almost daily. There is no Annual Bonus concept here. No proper Increment. Full of politics. Very low salary packages. No fun Friday. No Team lunch. Not even proper Desks. No mobile phones allowed inside but now its WFH. Worst. No free transport. male employees should pay for CAB. No proper building. No canteen. Not even a single benefit if you already experienced in a corporate. You have to work most of the Saturdays without pay.
