Work wise good. Manager are flexible on leaves. Supportive on work related issue.

Salary hike is not good. Huge pay disparity like SA is earning more than TL and they say it's company policy. It will demotivate others if they come to know abt others package. On the job training should be improved.

... been deteriorating every year and directors lack foresight and good governance. They just need to implement IT automation initiatives to survive and earn salary. Work quality is too poor

Just one work life balance. There is hardly any team which works more than 4-5 hours a day. Work is chilled out.

Dislikes

...head, there is no investigations and instead juniors have to face repurcussions. Pay pretty less. And there is a lot of firing and layoff culture.
