... taken much leaves and told i will take 20 days leave and will get back to work.Still Management to avoid maternity pay they said extension is not possible please leave. Now i need to work in my 9th month pregnancy and seriously for a month of notice this is really painful as icannot sit for not longer than 3 or 4 hours as my health does not support.See how this company is using employees.I pity on State street as it is in situation cannot pay maternity benefit, can see state street hires massively as we can see in all job portals and still their management is having lack of information.I have worked till 37 weeks of my pregnancy.In mid I have hospitalized due to lack of sufficient amnotic fluid to my baby all of sudden then worst thing management told how can she leave without prior info. That is something hard to hear and later after 3 days of medication given my last week of work and left the bloody company.plese don't consider employees as granted.Mine is evening shift that is too tough to me in last trimester.im waiting for permanent onroll and want to take some igp for normal shifts and intended to take maternity leave.I never thought employer are so calculative.

...ion is not standard, as if one changes their shift even close normal US shift i.e 12 - 9 their salary can decrease by as much as 7%-8% if not more, the management pays no attention to the work of an individual yet is entrusted to appraise them at the year end, the manangement specially the senior managemnent is in complete dissarray, no planning on team bonding, no improvement in employee culture over the period of 3 years they are here, no scope of growth as well, growth is based on tenure strictly, not the effort one puts in. The Onshore dominates the performance evaluation, even if the onshore can be unprofessional, non-cooperative, that is not taken into consideration. Even the response here is weak, as multiple escalations from Indian VPs & AVPs no change can be seen in their behaviour.

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
