Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I liked working very much in the company along with my all colleagues the behavior of both the directors was also very good. I had a very good experience working in Staschem technologies pvt ltd

Dislikes

In my opinion, two holidays per month should be casual in the company but the company has given 1 casual leave or there should be a bonus along with it but the company is not giving it either.
